The Marawi City Police Office (MCPLO) has conducted operations on illegal vehicles and unlicensed drivers.

As of press time, three city limit public utility multicabs had been held by the police due to lack of papers or had no plate numbers.

PSupt. Al-Abner W. Santos, OIC of the Marawi Police Office, said that after inspection, it turned out that the plate numbers of the multicabs were hidden in the vehicles.

He said they are doing their job only and that they will not make any distinction in apprehending vehicles without papers or with illegal papers.
